Background Check Acknowledgement

To ensure the safety of all participants, each in-person delegation must have at least one advisor or guardian present on conference day who has successfully completed a background check. If an advisor or guardian completed a background check for AmeriMUNC XII, they do not need to complete a new one. However, any new advisors or guardians are required to complete the background check form and submit it to info@amerimunc.com. Please ensure that all highlighted sections of the attached form are fully completed before submission. The form is located at the bottom of this page.
